No Monthly Case Cap
Enterprise has no monthly case cap. AI processing includes 60,000 scanned pages a year, pooled, under a fair-use agreement (more by agreement). Emails, Office and text files use the same allowance.
Custom Email Templates & Sender
Write your own email templates for case notifications, deadline extensions, and closure communications. Send from your own sender email address.
Bulk ZIP Archive Processing
Bulk ZIP archive processing: up to 5 GB or 50,000 files per job. We switch it on for your account. In bulk processing, suggested redactions are applied automatically and you review the results.
More Users & Storage
50 users and 500 GB of storage by default, more by contract. Each user gets one of four roles: Admin, Case Manager, Reviewer or Read-only.
99.5% Uptime Commitment
Enterprise contracts include a 99.5% monthly uptime commitment.
Secure SSO Authentication
Single sign-on (SSO) via Microsoft & Google: your users sign in with their existing Microsoft 365 or Google account. A one-time email code is also available.
